- The new NUC will be available in two configurations, one with core-i 7 and another with core-i 9.

The CES 2024 event just took place in Las Vegas and Asus revealed their long-anticipated gaming gem, ROG NUC. For me, this is the best part of the event, though I have no idea about how much they will fix the price.
Well, Asus has already given us some hints on the features of this slim-packed gaming monster. Following the NUC tradition, this one will have a more compact design from Intel’s NUC series.
Even though it was originally an Intel product, Asus has been assigned to develop the NUC series’ new addition with Intel’s decision in July 2023. And now, the monster is here.
These basic features are expected to be in the new ROG NUC by Asus:
- There will be two configurations which are the Intel Core Ultra 7 processor and Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 GPU and Core Ultra 9 processor and RTX 4070 GPU.
- Hand-size Chassis which is of only 2.5-liter and in weight, is only 800 grams.
- The NUC will have Dual-channel DDR5 memory with a maximum capacity of 64GB.
- It will have different I/O ports including a Thunderbolt 4 port that supports DisplayPort 2.1.
- The NUC is assumed to support up to four 4K displays.
- It will pair well with the ROG Raikiri Pro wireless controller to improve the living room gaming experience.
These are not all but the major facts I have found about Asus’s new NUC. However, about the pricing, Asus didn’t reveal anything yet. Unfortunately, it is rapidly expected that the price will be most probably pretty expensive.
